a. Cheese Fondue - a Swiss specialty made with melted cheese and seasonings together with dry white wine, usually flavoured with Kirsch. Served as a hot dip for pieces of bread or potato.
b. Raclette - a Swiss specialty consisting of special Raclette cheese melted and served on boiled potatoes with pickled onion and cucumber.
3. Dessert: Chocolate fondue
